A: Yes, all reservations require a credit card to confirm rental and for security deposit. At the end of rental, customers have the option to pay by credit card, debit, or cash.
A: Yes, we require a $500.00 security deposit upon pickup, plus the cost of the rental.
A: Your total rental rate is calculated based on the information provided at the time of reservation. Quoted total will include any options you select during the reservation process. Our helpful rental agents will review all charges with you at the time of pick-up to ensure your total charges meet your approval.
A: 1) Contact police 2) Complete a Centsible Car & Truck Rentals accident/incident report, providing as much information as possible for us to complete our claims process. 3) Contact your personal auto insurance and establish a claim for the damage.
A: Regardless of purchasing coverage, an accident report must be competed.
A: Modify a Reservation: Visit the Reservation page and enter your confirmation number. If you booked by phone and need to make changes, please contact our office at 1-800-239-7990.
Cancel a Reservation: Call 1-800-239-7990 to cancel your reservation. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. Be sure to have your reservation confirmation number with you to cancel your reservation.
